Real-Life Frankenstein Arrested

When you've been cursed with the "Frankenstein" name, what do you expect?
Forrest V. Frankenstein Jr. was arrested at a Toby Keith Concert at the Riverbend Music Center in Ohio, after threatening a police officer.

"'If I had a knife I would stab you," he allegedly told a police officer, before being charged with menacing, vandalism and disorderly conduct while intoxicated, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

This monster repeatedly threatened the officer, according reports.

When police finally wrangled him into a squad car, he kicked out the rear side window of the vehicle, repeatedly banged his face into the partition, injuring himself.

I'm not sure how much Frankenstein got teased as a child because of his name, but I'm sure it's grounds for an insanity defense.
On the other hand, can a re-animated corpse be tried for a crime, or would that be outside the jurisdiction of a U.S. court?
