Lady may be a tramp... but that's no excuse for what took place in Alabama recently.Police say several people witnessed a 56-year-old Samuel Earl Sims have sex with a local stray dog named Lady.
We can assume it was not consensual.
"These witnesses happened to observe this by accident," Tuscaloosa County Sheriff Ted Sexton told the Tuscaloosa News. "They were shocked and appalled."
Police say Sims -- who was previously described by a probation officer as "somewhat" mentally disabled -- has admitted to having sex with the 40-pound dog.
You can visit him in the Weird Crime Mug Shot Hall of Shame -- just don't bring your dog.
Alabama is one of about 20 states where bestiality isn't explicitly illegal... so Sims was charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty instead.
Police say they're trying to upgrade the charges, and make zoophilia against the law.
"This is the first time in my career that I have heard of anyone doing this," sheriff Ted Sexton told the News.
